The curtain goes up on Heroes season 3 on September 22, with a 2-hour premier. The producers and NBC hope everyone has collective amnesia, like Peter, after the poorly reviewed Season 2. It is not a Heroes spoiler to know the Heroes spoilers blog loved season 2, but alas we were the minority. We could have done without the whole mascara running out of the eyes plot line, however.
Inside sources tout Season 3 of Heroes as the comeback season. Out go the meandering plot lines and awkward new characters. And the season 3 spoilers are that we can expect a lot tighter editing, faster plot development, and a return to core values – superpowers, credible action and real bad baddies.
Here are some of the Heroes spoilers for Heroes Season 3, episode 1:
Peter Heroes Spoilers: Future Peter, he’s the one, returning to present times to prevent his super flying brother Nathan from his ill-considered plan to expose the Heroes super powers to the whole world.
Sylar – Claire Heroes Spoilers: Evil Sylar finally tracks down Claire the healer with predictable results… but does she heal from the massive headache? Of course.
Mohinder, clueless as ever (no Heroes spoilers there), develops an injection to give superpowers to normal people. Of course he injects himself with loopy results.
This is a Heroes Spoilers blog Heroes videos spoilers or not-so spoilers blog. NBC has leaked some Heroes sneak peaks videos that are kind of spoilers - y.
In the first one, the Heroes spoilers themes of Heroes season 3 are introduced an internal struggle between good and bad: Good will battle evil ... Because in every hero there could be a villain". The Peter spoilers are that we will see a lot more of dark brooding bad Peter, and good Peter too.
The second of the Heroes spoilers videos is narrated by none other than mamma Petrelli. She returns for Season 3 and is being given a lot of PR exposure by NBC, the Heroes spoilers being look for more Petrelli family drama in Heroes Season 3.
The third of the Heroes videos is not very spoilers - y, but there are some interesting things in there. The shadow of speedy Daphne is painted on the glass wall, and seems to be trying to catch up with her! Fast Daphne. Maybe Heroes spoilers in the quick shot of Peter. Check out the dark burglar - assassin gear. Who shot Nathan anyway?
Heroes Season 3 Spoilers: The long Heroes hiatus is happening at the moment, but the Heroes spoilers are that Heroes season 3 is in production, after a strike-shortened Heroes season 2. The first Heroes spoilers for the summer are below. The title of Season 3 gives a lot away – “Villains”. Like Batman had the Riddler and the Joker, the Heroes heroes have their own villains.
Hiro Meet Daphne
One of the new villains is speedy fast Daphne, played by actress Brea Grant. The Daphne Heroes spoilers are that at least in the beginning Daphne is Heroes’ Hiro’s nemesis, speeding away just as Hiro stops time to catch her. Of course, arch-villain Sylar returns too.
This is the Heroes Spoilers blog for “Powerless”, the (mid) season finale of the Heroes TV show on NBC TV. This mid-season finale is unlike any other, since the Hollywood strike-shortened season 2 now is coming to an end. This is true for Heroes and a lot of other scripted dramas. So, the not-so Heroes spoilers are that Powerless, season 2, episode 11 is the end until Heroes Season 3 begins. As usual, Heroes spoilers ahead and keep reading if you want to know the spoilers previews, blah ... blah ... blah.
Powerless Heroes Spoilers: Heroes Season 2 has had numerous disparate story lines, many with one general theme – clueless Mohinder the naïve Heroes double agent un-super-spy. It is not unexpected that Mohinder continues blundering along in Powerless, exposing power to the undeserving. Some threads will be concluded and others not, with cliffhangers at the end. After all, this was supposed to be the Heroes TV mid-season finale, not the season-ending episode.
Elle Heroes Spoilers: There are a lot of Heroes Videos, spoilers videos, floating around for Powerless. In the most recent, Elle the lightning bolt still wants to please her dad, Bob the company man. She finds out that Bob has video surveillance in clueless Mohinder’s lab. Finding Sylar the killer there, she heads out to apprehend him. Thankfully there is someone effective on the case, but Sylar is more formidable than Elle could possibly imagine… Here is the video:
Five more minutes of Heroes spoilers videos have been leaked for this episode. Expect to see these videos in Powerless:
Sylar, Mohinder, Maya Spoilers: In the first Heroes spoilers video, clueless, but decisive looking Mohinder barges into the apartment to find Sylar and equally clueless Maya. Maya is “so honored” to meet Mohinder. Best quote was from Mohinder to Maya: “You do know this man’s a killer?” Yes. Sylar has brought Maya as the muscle to force Mohinder to cure the Shanti virus that has taken away all Sylar’s power. Mohinder’s blood mixed with Claire the Cheerleader’s blood will cure the virus.
Noah Bennett (HRG) and Elle Heroes Spoilers: Noah works on Elle telling her how her evil Dad conducted experiments on her as a seven year old girl. The Company will take measures to keep Claire “quiet” – that is the leverage put on Noah to secure his cooperation.
Micah, Jessica Heroes Spoilers: Jessica is gone, the virus taking away her powers, but she’ll go with Micah to rescue Maya from the street gang who has kidnapped her.
Hiro, Adam/Kensei and Peter Petrelli Heroes TV Show Spoilers: Hiro did not kill Peter in his samurai charge at the end of the previous episode as we find Adam and Peter thinking about how to access the safe storing the virus samples in the underground vault of Primatech Paper. Will Adam get to the virus and release it, or will Peter come to his senses? Also expect to find Nathan and Matt the mind reader in the final confrontation.
In the Sprint Heroes Videos Spoilers: In more Heroes video spoilers, Claire is packing up to take up her Dad’s quest against the evil company:
For Powerless, NBC TV has released its Heroes spoilers press release, providing tantalizing hints of the episode, and maybe some misdirection:
IT'S HERO VS. HERO AS THE SERIES' "VOLUME II: GENERATIONS" COMES TO AN EXPLOSIVE, BLOODY FINISH
NBC promises blood.
Deep below Primatech Paper in Odessa, TX, Peter's (Milo Ventimiglia) reunion with Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) turns violent when the brothers, Matt (Greg Grunberg) and Hiro (Masi Oka) all clash thanks to Adam (David Anders) and his pursuit of the deadly Shanti Virus.
Not exactly a family reunion. More like a confrontation.
After watching his heroic cousin captured by a street gang, Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey) turns to the one person who can help him save Monica (Dana Davis) -- his mom (Ali Larter).
Micah and Jessica save Monica.
Meanwhile, Maya (Dania Ramirez) tragically learns how much of a monster Sylar (Zachary Quinto) really is during his kidnapping of Molly (Adair Tishler) and Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy).
Will Sylar get his power and eat Maya's brain? Her thread is reaching its zenith.
Meanwhile, Elle (Kristen Bell) decides to play hero to get back into her father's (Stephen Tobolowsky) good graces.
Elle finds Sylar in the video surveillance and heads out to confront him.
This is the Heroes Spoilers blog for the Heroes TV show on NBC TV. As Heroes works its way to the (mid) season finale in episode 11 (Powerless), Heroes sets the table with Truth Or Consequences, season 2, episode 10. As usual, Heroes spoilers ahead and keep reading if you want to know the spoilers previews.
For this episode, the thousand different story lines start converging. The Peter Petrelli spoilers are that Peter heads over to Odessa, Texas (not Ukraine) to track down the ambiguously evil "company" headed by company man Bob. In the Heroes spoilers preview sponsored by Sprint, he is asked, how can anybody know the future. Well, .... he's a super human Heroes super-hero of course and the un-spoilers are that a little shotgun isn't going to make much of a difference.
The NBC Heroes spoilers press release has some tantalizing spoilers tidbits and mis-direction as usual:
PETER ATTEMPTS TO SAVE THE FUTURE FROM THE VIRUS - Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) travels to Primatech Paper in Texas with his new friend to destroy the virus, which will kill 93 percent of the world's population in the future - or so he believes.
Is it real or not real. It's real, but not as expected.
Niki (Ali Larter) returns to Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey) with bad news. To right a wrong, Monica (Dana Davis) puts her abilities to the test while Hiro (Masi Oka) goes after his father's killer.
Hiro Heroes spoilers: Round 2 of Takezo Kensei v. Hiro. Of course it turns out the Takezo Kensei of legend really is Hiro masquerading as Tekezo Kensei. So, really it is round 2 of Adam v. Hiro/Takezo Kensei. Really though Adam is quite ambiguous, but well in control of his destiny.
Meanwhile, Matt (Greg Grunberg) uses his mental abilities to track down the last person in the company photo. In addition, Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) learns his brother is alive.
Nathan Spoilers: Finally flying Nathan is getting back on track, tracking down Peter the power sponge.
Outside of New York, Maya (Dania Ramirez) must choose between Alejandro (Shalim Ortiz) and Sylar (Zachary Quinto).
Converging on New York again for the (mid) season finale.
This is the Heroes Spoilers blog update for Cautionary Tales, Heroes TV season 2, episode 9, winding rapidly over to the interim season finale in season 2, episode 11.
What's that? Season finale? The Heroes Spoilers Blog riddle of the day is: When is a Heroes season not a season? Answer: When the writer's guild goes on strike in Hollywood and the crew declines to cross the picket line. Sooooooooooo, the Heroes season 2 finale spoilers are that the interim holiday break finale is shaping up as the strike shortened season finale. If the strike is settled quickly, the Heroes season might go on, but with every passing day it seems Heroes and a lot of Hollywood goes dark for the holidays.
What are the Heroes spoilers and clues for this update? We know Takezo Kensei of legend actually was Hiro, not "Adam" - the heroics being performed by Hiro posing as Adam. Of course Adam remains ambiguous in present day - since we know he is opposed to the shadowy corporation who unleashed the retooled virus. He wants to team up with Peter Petrelli to fight them.
When last seen in ancient Japan, Adam - Takezo Kensei was bitter and jealous of Hiro's love for his princess. The princess of course resolved to establish the Kensei legend, knowing privately the Heroes Hero actually was Hiro the time traveller. Fast forward to the present (2007) and we see ambiguous Adam. The Adam Heroes not so spoilers are, a lot happened to him between 1671 and the present time, that will determine his destiny.
Heroes spoilers videos have been leaked by NBC TV for the Cautionary Tales episode - as seen in the clips above. On the spoilers Heroes videos we see Noah Bennett - HRG - packing up to escape with Claire from being discovered by the evil corporation. As a rebellious teen, Claire just wants to follow bad boy West, but in the end she will regret her words. Mohinder and Bob (Robert Bishop) Heroes spoilers: Clueless double agent Mohinder is plotting with the corporation-man Bob to attack Noah Bennett. They stroll by a swimming pool hatching their plot in suits, while Vampy lightning bolt Elle of course is in a bikini. The last Heroes spoilers video has Matt the Mindreader and Molly - revealing Matt's notes on the missing Heroes from the older generation (look at the picture).
As usual, the Heroes spoilers press release from NBC has some vague tidbits and spoilers:
WHEN AGENDAS CLASH, A HERO DIES - Convinced that the Company is close to finding them, H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) prepares the family to run - but Claire (Hayden Panettiere) has other ideas.
One of the spoilers clips. Of course Claire comes to regret this particular rebellion later on.
Meanwhile, Hiro (Masi Oka) returns from the past and learns of his father's death. Grief-stricken, he flings himself into past and makes a stunning personal discovery. After a charged first encounter with Elle (Kristen Bell), Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) makes a decision that could change lives.
Elle is an assassin.
Meanwhile, Matt (Greg Grunberg) struggles with his expanding mental abilities and
Like father like son...
Maya (Dania Ramirez) and Alejandro's (Shalim Ortiz) relationship is tested as they travel with Sylar (Zachary Quinto).
Please, please, please get there already!
Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) meets someone who could unlock his past. Noah Gray-Cabey, Dana Davis, James Kyson Lee, Ali Larter and Adrian Pasdar also star. Nick D'Agosto, George Takei, Adair Tishler and Stephen Tobolowsky guest-star.
George Takei, aka Kaito Nakamura - Hiro's dad - is listed as a guest star. Can Hiro save his Dad, or will he want to?
This Heroes Spoilers update is dedicated to the people of California who experienced the firestorm of 2007 - thousands left homeless and hundreds of thousands temporarily evacuated, and also the Heroes Spoilers Blog heroes - the firefighters who flooded in from around the country to help out. Time for a real-life-based Heroes TV show fire-suppressor hero.
Now on to the spoilers for Heroes episode 7 of season 2, appropriately entitled, "Out of Time". As usual, Heroes spoilers ahead so if you don't want to time shift to the future stop reading now ... blah ... blah ... tada.
(Out of Time Too)
On to "Out of Time" spoilers... as the season 2 story starts to pick up, time becomes of interesting importance. Moving around time like Hiro and later on, Takezo Kensei appears in another timeline, as the adventures in ancient Japan storyline works its way to its conclusion. Later in the season Hiro returns and Ando has a romantic interest home in Japan. In "Out of Time", a character is out of time, like maybe the end of the Maya and Alejandro story. Not really, but the Heroes spoilers blog base of readers has never warmed to them, much less Heroes fandom in general. Nevertheless they will play important roles as the direction of Heroes season 2 becomes clearer.
Talking about the future of Season 2, mostly "Out of Time" refers to the glimpse into the future provided by Peter. The human race is out of time as the super-virus intensifies. Billions must die. In an eerie parallel with this week in California, Heroes' New York is evacuated. Time to save the world... again.
The ominous Heroes spoilers preview clip predicts 93% of the world's population dies:
A Heroes spoilers blog shout out to our friend ...er mole at TV Guide (really, actually ... or maybe a clever PR guru) who tipped us off that a Heroes cover story is set to hit the newsstands in a couple of weeks. They are pulling out the stops, with four different covers circulated. In the past when TV Guide did this the article provided some spoilers ... we'll see.
As usual, NBC TV released a Heroes spoilers press release with a fair share of hints, glimpses, and misdirection, on the future, "Out of Time":
WHILE SEVERAL HEROES FACE OFF AGAINST THE "NIGHTMARE MAN,” PETER LEARNS JUST HOW DEADLY THE VIRUS CAN BE -- When one of his forgotten abilities suddenly manifests, Peter and Caitlin get thrown into a crisis situation, and learn first-hand just how deadly the mysterious virus striking people with abilities can be.
Might that be time travel to the bleak future and then back to the past to change the future and save the world?
Suresh, Matt, Nathan, Niki and Bob band together to fend off the "nightmare man’s" attack.
Matt the Mindreader spoilers: Like father like son.
Despite Claire’s best efforts to keep them apart, West learns that the man who kidnapped him as a child is her father.
Nick and Noah Heroes Spoilers: Collision course.
Meanwhile, in feudal Japan, Hiro (Masi Oka) and Kensei’s (David Anders) legendary journey takes a dramatic, final turn.
Time for the Heroes Spoilers Blog for Heroes Season 2, Episode 5 - Fight Or Flight. Often imitated, never surpassed. Sooooo, as usual, don't read any further unless you want to know the future of Heroes TV on NBC ... blah ... blah ... and blah.
"Fight or Flight" is an appropriate title where the Heroes super Heroes decide whether to stand ground or run. First, some Heroes clues-spoilers-speculation from "Kindness of Strangers" - Heroes Episode 4.
"He is the Nightmare Man" - Molly Walker about Matt the mind reader's father.
(Need help, Sylar?)
In Kindness of Strangers, we learned that Monica, Micah's super-hero cousin will never get a promotion, but also is a super replicator. And, Micah, he is great friend - comes with premium cable. Sylar has been reborn; gaining the confidence of the brother and sister duo, he will follow them across THE border back to the U.S.A. Sylar's calling card is a cockroach. Claire is a self-deprecating "cheap date" to the Hollywood sign with West, finally.
(Cleaning up)
Matt, Nathan, Molly, Angela Heroes Spoilers Clues: Angela Petrelli confesses to killing Kaito Nakamura, but Matt the mind reader thinks she is lying - but she might actually be truthful. Angela is desperate - for Nathan to leave and keep his family safe, but also to keep the police from investigating further. She knows something bad is about to happen. Creepy Molly the Heroes detector lays the Heroes Season 2 bombshell - the nightmare man is Matt's long-lost thieving dad - apparently not Bob the balding company man, who turns metal into gold. He leaves Molly in shock after penetrating her mind.
Now for Fight or Flight Heroes Spoilers: The Heroes season 2 theme of gathering together all the Heroes super-heroes together from great distances continues. Matt takes flight to Philadelphia for a confrontation with dad the nightmare man Heroes anti-hero. Matt's father, like Matt, can get into the mind of other people. However, his ability is more developed and dangerous. While Matt can only read minds, his father can do damage when he gets in. That is why Molly is so scared of him, and one reason Angela Petrelli wants Matt to "let it go".
Elle Spoilers: Kristen Belle makes her debut on Heroes as Elle - a Company operative in search of Peter in Ireland. The NBC Heroes spoilers trailer aired in the U.S. has her debut:
The Canadian Heroes spoilers trailer has some great shots of Nathan burned, and the aftermath of an attack by Matt's dad, the Nightmare Man.
The official NBC episode summary highlight's Kristin Bell's debut:
SEARCHING FOR A LOST HERO, ELLE (GUEST STAR KRISTEN BELL) MAKES A SHOCKING DEBUT IN IRELAND -- In Ireland, a lost Hero attempts to move beyond the past, but discovers that a mysterious woman -- Elle (guest star Kristen Bell) -- is willing to kill to find him.
RIP lovable Irish gangster.
Matt (Greg Grunberg) and an unexpected ally fly to Philadelphia to hunt down the "boogyman," following his terrible attack on Molly (guest star Adair Tishler), but the pair finds themselves outmatched.
Fly air Nathan.
Monica (Dana Davis) tries to come to terms with her new abilities and her role as a local hero.
The Heroes spoilers are that her abilities were "activated" by the arrival of her cousin Micah, just like Hiro's arrival in ancient Japan activated Takezo Kensei's. Now Monica is a piano virtuoso - an ability sponge.
Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) meets his new partner and gets a disturbing assignment. H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) takes a step to further protect his family. Meanwhile, as Hiro (Masi Oka) continues to fix the past in feudal Japan, Ando (James Kyson Lee) attempts to piece together historically what's happened to his best friend.
Finally NBC TV leaked six minutes of Heroes videos spoilers for Fight or flight, including Suresh and Matt spoilers, killer Elle (Kristen Bell) confronts gangster Heroes spoilers, Monica, Micah (got cable?) and Nana spoilers, and Peter opens the box ... almost...
Following recent pattern, NBC has leaked several Heroes spoilers containing videos. The new video clips are not terribly informative, but show the development of three of the story lines:
Angela / Nathan Petrelli Heroes Spoilers: Angela still is in police custody and confesses to Nathan that she has done a lot of terrible things in her life. Nathan is skeptical that Angela killed Hiro's dad, Kaito Nakamura. Angela cannot avoid being a caring mother, advising Nathan he has to get go into detox rehab in order to re-gain the confidence and trust of his family. Best line: "Just because you shaved doesn't mean you are clean and sober". Go mamma.
Bennett Family Spoilers Video: Noah (H.R.G.) and Sandra Bennett, and Mr. Muggles the super-power dog are discussing how difficult Claire's life is and wondering whether she has a boyfriend. The twist, of course, the Claire comes in, worried she is headed into another lesson about the birds and the bees. But really, dad's advice will be to keep away from flying boys.
Nana / Lt. Uhura / Nichelle Nichols, super cousin and Micah Heroes Video: We see Micah the electronic whiz kid with his grandmother Nana - played by Nichelle Nichols known for her famous role as Lt. Uhura. In clip 2 the motion repeating cousin is on the job at a fast-food restaurant. She assures her friend she could not possibly become pregnant wearing the restaurant's unattractive uniform.
This is the Heroes TV Show Spoilers blog for episode 4 of Heroes season 2 on NBC TV. The episode is named "The Kindness of Strangers". More on that below, but first a bit about last episode, "Kindred" - Heroes episode 3. As usual, Heroes spoilers ahead, so stop reading if you do not want to know the future of Heroes, blah ... blah ... blah ...
Phat future?
The last few minutes of Heroes Kindred featured three blossoming Heroes romances:
Romantic West and Claire at the beach, as shown in in the picture. Next week, in The Kindness of Strangers - ep. 4, West takes Claire on the much anticipated date to the Hollywood sign, via Air West of course.
Amnesiac power sponge Peter Petrelli and Irish gangster Caitlin
Reluctant hero Takezo Kensei and the princess. Possible love triangle twist since Hero decided to stay in ancient Japan only after he noticed the blossoming love between Kensei and the princess. Hiro either is jealous or worried that Kensei will mess up the romance Hiro started.
Maya and Alejandro Heroes Spoilers Clues: Maya helps Alejandro escape from the Mexican jail. They take along an American prisoner too, because he has a car. Did you notice... the car is Claire's Nissan that got stolen in episode 2. That American needs to escape, but not back to the U.S.A. Sylar eventually puts them all in danger, as he learns about the car, and where it might lead.
Nana
Heroes Spoilers blog Rumor has it that the creators of Heroes were searching for a new cast member with the screen presence of George Takai (Kaito Nakamura, Rip, aka Star Trek's Sulu). Coincidence is they found Nichelle Nichols - Lieutenant Uhura from the Star Ship Enterprise. Heroes paying tribute to Star Trek again. One down another born.
Lt. Uhura
Nichelle Nichols makes her entrance as Nana, a New Orleans grandmother, who lost a daughter in the Katrina hurricane. Post-Katrina, she and New Orleans rely on the Kindness of Strangers. Previously Nichols co-starred as the communications guru of the star ship Enterprise. Hiro ... come in Hiro ... can you hear me?
The trailer Heroes video for Kindness of Strangers has a few spoilers teasers for the episode. Molly the Heroes locator will be asked to locate the evil force worse than Sylar that is haunting her dreams - and threatens "them all". Molly says, "He is the nightmare man".
Who is this "nightmare man"? As reported in the National Enquirer it is Bob, the Company Man who turns metal into gold. He is the guy who is keeping a close eye on Mohinder too. If the Enquirer is correct, Bob is bigger than the baddie in the hoodie who pushed Kaito Nakamura (Hiro's dad) off the roof. Heroes Spoilers blog Suspect number 2 is Angela Petrelli. Why? Look closely at the clip below ... it is a woman. Either using a smaller actor / actress is clever misdirection by the powers that be, or Bob is not that killer.
H.R.G. figures out that Claire has a boyfriend. One thread focuses on Angela Petrelli, with part of her secrets revealed. The flashback has her and Hiro's dad together again?
Now for some Heroes Spoilers blog sarcasm: West's super-power is flying. Hmmmm who else has that power? Oh of course, that is Nathan, Claire's philandering biological father. Oh, and Claire and West are in the same grade. Another random coincidence... not. Hey Heroes producers: what exactly are you saying here?
The official NBC TV Heroes spoilers press-release for Kindness of Strangers is vague as usual, and beware of misdirection:
AS SECRETS ABOUT THE PREVIOUS GENERATION OF HEROES ARE REVEALED, A NEW HERO EMERGES IN POST-KATRINA NEW ORLEANS While taking care of her brother Damon (guest star Carlon Jeffery), grandmother Nana (guest star Nichelle Nichols) and cousin Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey) between shifts at a local fast food joint, Monica Dawson (Dana Davis) begins to exhibit some unexpected new abilities.
That new Heroes hero would be Monica...
Angela Petrelli (guest star Cristine Rose) makes a shocking confession as new information about the previous generation of Heroes is revealed.
The Angela Petelli Heroes spoilers are that we start learning about Angela's powers, and the crimes she has committed. She is cagey and we learn more in future episodes.
With Molly's (guest star Adair Tishler) "boogyman" continuing to turn her dreams into nightmares, Matt (Greg Grunberg) asks her to put aside her fears and locate him on a map -- with terrible results.
Ominous. If Molly sees him, he sees her too.
Suspecting Claire (Hayden Panettiere) has a new boyfriend, H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) fears for the future. As they get closer to the U.S., Maya (Dania Ramirez) and Alejandro (Shalim Ortiz) make a grim discovery on the road.
The grim discovery looks like Sylar lying on the road. Thanks TLDietrich on this one.
This is the Heroes Spoilers blog for "Kindred" - Season 2, episode 3 of the Heroes TV show on NBC TV and other stations in the U.K., Australia, Europe and around the globe. The title of this episode is suitably named "Kindred" and Heroes continues exploring the relationships and history among the heroes with powers around the globe as well. Oh, ... as usual, Heroes Spoilers ahead, so stop reading now if you do not want to know the future ... blah ... blah ... yadda .... yadda ... yadda.
Clueless Mohinder Suresh Heroes Spoilers: Mohinder discovers another of the missing eight Isaac Mendez paintings. Again someone will die. And again the Deveux building is front and center as seen in the spoilers clip below. After Kaito Nakamura was assassinated, the Company renovated the space to put in a research lab. Just for Mohinder. The unshown Heroes spoilers here are, how did they do it so quickly? Mohinder is not so clueless after all as he is on to the ruse.
(Not a cockroach?)
Maya and Alejandro are separated again. So what does that mean? Well Maya's on her own and ready to kill with her deadly black stare. The NBC Heroes spoilers press release says she springs Alejandro from a Mexican jail, the ironic implication being a tie-over to their crossing the border illegally. Not THE border, but the border with Guatemala.
Claire, H.R.G. and West Heroes Spoilers: West finally takes Claire for their date to the beach, while H.R.G. the mild mannered copy shop guy heads out on a mission. West is from St. Louis. While there, he either was abducted by aliens or was bagged and tagged by Noah Bennett and the company. Romantic West kisses Claire, and what does she find? The company hickey, or actually the company's chip embed in romantic West's neck, right where Claire might otherwise have found a hickey. Whew, at least there isn't another woman in West's life.
Ando Heroes Spoilers: Ando knows more than let on. Repeatedly he has said that Hiro's father read Hiro the tales of Takezo Kensei. Why is this worth mentioning over and over? The answer is that Hiro's father Kaito Nakamura aka Sulu has been preparing Hiro for another of his destinies, and one not yet revealed. The official Heroes TV Show Spoilers blog rumor speculation is this involves Kensei in the present day - after all he is indestructible and survives long after Hiro's interactions with him in Japan.
Ando returns to his home in Tokyo Japan, and he receives communications from Hiro, from the past.
In Heroes Kindred it is rumored that super-villain Sylar makes his return to Heroes. It's in the trailer, so after all it must be true, right? Not necessarily, but in this case, let's go with it. When last seen, Sylar had been hit on the head with a parking meter by Jessica / Nikki, stabbed, spindled and otherwise defeated by the Heroes heroes, Hiro, H.R.G., Peter and company. He was just a cockroach crawling out of the sewer it seemed. But he's back, actor Zachary Quinto's contract renewed, and now a regular cast member, not just a guest. So we will see a lot more of Sylar in Heroes season 2. All this is "confirmed" in the National Inquirer, which we heard says Sylar kills Candace the reality shaper, but loses all his power after doing so. The Heroes spoilers are that is what Sylar thinks happens.
Jessica/Nikki and her son Micah are back in Las Vegas, and finally the scene from the pre-season Heroes trailer is broadcast - with Jessica/Nikki saying goodbye for now.
Peter Petrelli Heroes Spoilers: Peter is still in the grips of the Irish mob. Instead of just incapacitating them and taking his memories box back, he plays along with their heist. Peter is to incapacitate the guards and the gangsters will take down the armored car. You would think a super-hero could come in handy opening up the can. But we'll see what Peter really is up to.
This is the back from vacation Heroes spoilers blog for What did we learn in Lizards - Season 2, Episode 2 of Heroes on NBC.
One thing we learned is Heroes can moooooove. With multiple parallel story lines, Season 2 will merge the story lines closer and closer to the finale of Volume 2.
(Claire: Can my toe fly?)
Let's play the first edition ever of Heroes Spoilers blog Q&A. Or, Lizards question and answer in honor of this episode.
Heroes Spoilers Clues Question 1: What do Claire the cheerleader and Takezo Kinsei the reluctant samurai warrior Hero have in common? Answer: they both regenerate.
Heroes Spoilers Clues Question 3: Anything else? ok ok game over.
Get it? Romantic West wants Claire to read up on genetics. Common gene pool. Kinsei, long, long, long, long ago lost uncle. But can he do back flips?
West still is a peeping Tom, peering in mixed up teenage girls' rooms while they cut off their toes, and watch them regenerate... like Lizards.
(Angela Petrelli: Get out of my head)
Angela Petrelli Heroes spoilers clues: After Matt the super mind-reading cop hauled in Angela Petrelli for questioning - he read her mind about "revenge". She knew he read her mind and yelled, silently, Get out of my head! First impressions were deceiving. She was not yelling at Matt, it was the evil force stalking her for assassination. A minute later she was under attack - in her head from the unseen killer.
What else did we learn?
Hiro is Kinsei Heroes clues: Not really, but he is getting the Kinsei legend back on track as readers of this blog have known he would. And, Kinsei has a power too - healing.
Peter Heroes Clues- Peter has lost his mind, but it is in a box. Irish gangsters have the box, but want their iPods or another heist in return.
The Haitien is back, and teamed up with Matt, HRG and Mohinder. Just like old times.
Mr. Muggles, the dog, wishes he was on TV, to find his love.
Mrs. HRG, Mrs. Noah Bennett is in command as shown in the PR photo.
Heroes Spoilers Ahead ... This is the Heroes Spoilers blog for Season 2, episode 2 of Heroes on NBC TV. The table having been set in Episode 1 of this season, Lizards picks up and starts to advance the story. As usual, WARNING: Heroes Spoilers ahead, so stop reading now if you do not want to know the future of the Heroes series ... blah, blah, blah ...
Jessica / Nikki Heroes Spoilers: The dual personality Jessica / Nikki is back and bad, next week. She teams up with the Company soon for more mayhem.
Five Heroes spoilers clips have been leaked and posted below. The clips plus additional spoilers include:
Mrs. Bennett Heroes Spoilers: In the first clip we see Mrs. Bennett has not been totally lobotomized by her mind-wipe at the hands of the Haitian super-hero memory eraser in season 1. In fact, she is quite lucid and in control. The surreal dinner in Four Months Later (season 2, episode 1) really meant she was quizzing the family on how well they performed at being inconspicuous, not mindless conversation. H.R.G., Noah Bennett, reveals to her that he now has discovered eight paintings by Isaac the now dead future painter, and these paintings also predict disasters to come. One has come true already, the fall from the building roof by Kaito Nakamura, Hiro's dad.
Hiro and Takezo Kensei Heroes Spoilers: Hiro and Kensei are back in ancient Japan. Hiro now has his plan to get the timeline of history back on track. Kensei must fall in love with the princess. Not shown, but also coming up is his communication through time with Ando who goes back home to Japan. We also learn more about Kensei's power and ingenuity.
Mohinder + THE Haitian Heroes Spoilers: Mohinder the clueless double agent is given an assignment by the Company man to go to "Port-au-Prince" - the largest city in Haiti. The implication being that Mohinder is supposed to retrieve the Haitian super-hero mind wiper of Heroes season 1. Not shown in the clip is the Heroes spoiler that the Haitian gets to speak a whole lot more in Heroes season 2.
West and Claire Heroes Spoilers: peeping tom Heroes heart-throb West is trying to talk Claire into reading Chandra Suresh's genetics book, i.e. Lizards, but Claire is not taking the bait. She thinks she can keep her secret powers secret from West. Of course he knows already.
Peter Petrelli Heroes Spoiers: Peter now is prisoner of the gangsters in Ireland. The gangsters want their IPods! Peter wants his memories.
Future episodes Heroes Spoilers: Sylar in a Candace-induced fantasy land. West finally flies Claire to the Hollywood sign. The Haitian and H.R.G. Noah Bennett team up.
This is the Heroes Spoilers clues blog for the first episode of Season 2 of the Heroes TV series on NBC.
This episode sets the table for Heroes season 2 - you know, the plate, the fork, the knife, and what about that teaspoon! Now for the quote of the day:
"We have our own private Fort Knox" - The Company man turns a metal spoon into gold.
(Join the Company)
"Four Months Later" is the descriptive title and the basic story lines that will take us through Heroes Volume 2 are set up:
What is coming-to-America Maya's power, besides making eyes bleed?
Who is the baddie in the hoodie?
Can Hiro restore the past, after altering it and possibly destroying the Kensei legend?
Will Claire and H.R.G. Noah Bennett stay anonymous?
What happened to Peter the power sponge
Can the H.R.G. / Mohinder / Matt the Mindreader / Molly team bring down the Company?
Who is the ugly Nathan in the mirror
And, who are the Nine in the Kaito Nakamura - Angela Petrelli gang?
Readers of this blog already knew a lot of this episode in advance from the earlier Episode 1 Spoilers posts - after all this is a Heroes spoilers blog - and here we will talk about a few things we learned, the table that has been set, and some spoilers from ... for ... the future...
(They're back.)
As discussed in the Heroes spoilers, Takezo Kensei hardly is Japanese, but is he heroic? You bet, but that comes out in later episodes. For now, he is a mischievous rogue. Hiro is there to set history straight - or more correctly interfere with history and then fix it. Remember, Kensei operates with a front-man. Hiro saved the front-man from the arrows. But that had an unintended consequence of letting the bandits through to the village. Kensei was supposed stop them, thereby saving the village and impressing and ultimately marrying the princess - thus starting the Kensei myth to last 300 years. Instead, the village burned, the sorcerer's princess daughter was pissed off, and Kensei goes out drinking. Time for a Heroes super-Hiro to fix the timeline.
(Maya: Coming to America.)
Maya and Alejandro Heroes spoilers clues: Maya and her brother Alejandro are new characters trying to reach America. They are on the run, wanted for murder. Maya, when threatened, can kill in uncontrolled self-defense. Of course the authorities do not know she only acts defensively. Maya is an intellectual, reading up on her powers, and has discovered the book written by Chandra Suresh - Mohinder's father. The book explains the genetic theories behind Heroes heroes' super powers. The Heroes not-so spoilers are, of course, Dr. Suresh the senior is deceased. Maya and Alejandro eventually make it to America only to find out that bad news. So, Maya is left to learn to control her power on her own ... with the help of some others.
"Ando, in 24 hours I'll be dead." George Takai a/k/a Kaito Nakamura to Ando after the torn picture.
One of our favorite characters appears dead. That would be Kaito Nakamura - Hiro's dad - who was pushed off the Deveaux building by the baddie in the hoodie. But why? Who? That would be the evil lurking in Molly's dream. A war within the older generation that will be resolved by the younger generation. For sure, this is not the end of Kaito Nakamura's story... his power revealed.
(Double Agent)
We would have no hope for Mohinder's plan to infiltrate the company - if H.R.G. was not the "brains" behind the operation. Mohinder used his cell phone to call in his success? A clue that he will not succeed in the double agent business. Talk about insecure communications. Suspending reality, Mohinder, Matt, H.R.G. and Molly have teamed up to infiltrate and bring down the company - not the Kinko's copy shop. Matt is divorced, but back on the police force and serving as Molly's adoptive dad. Molly still can detect powers, but is haunted by the dark force.
Surreal dinner / Mr. Muggles Heroes Spoilers Clues: The Bennett family dinner at first looked like a stereotype of normality. The family around the table talking about what they achieved during the day in Costa Verde, California - an allegory for life in middle-America. But for this family, the object is to be inconspicuous. To be plain. To go unnoticed. So, Mrs. Bennett, the most unlikely survivor of Heroes Season 1, is making conversation about the day. By that point we all knew Mr. Bennett - H.R.G. - attacked his boss-from-hell and Claire did a back flip, broke her shin, but recovered. Nope, nothing unusual ... not. Last season Claire said Mr. Muggles the dog's power was playing dead. He survived the radiation attack without a single burn to live another day at the dinner table.
Teen heartthrob West is introduced. Besides being the Season 2 love interest, he is a peeping Tom, using his levitation ability to peek into Claire's bedroom. Here is some pure Heroes TV Show Spoilers blog speculation: you may love him, but like loves of seasons past, West will not make it alive to Season 3.
Heroes Season 2, Volume 2 rolls in next Monday. HTSS Wooo hooo. We previously posted the Heroes Spoilers for Four Months Later, and this is a video preview update. The usual warning: Stop reading if you don't want to see Heroes spoilers and Heroes preview video clips.
We found some interesting Heroes videos on the net and decided to post our favorites. The first one is shot by a fan at the Comicon convention in San Diego. The quality is pretty low, but check out the fan reactions to Claire (her hand goes where?), Sylar and Peter. They're baaack. Oh cute but creepy Molly is a scream ... uh ... screams.
Next up is a five minute compilation of Heroes teaser clips leaked by the powers that be, TPTB. Beware ... these are heavy on Heroes spoilers and contain actual content.
Mohinder Heroes Spoilers - teaser 1 - Mohinder clueless as usual out to cure a disease inflicting the poor Heroes heroes. He remains in obscurity as his lecture is sparsely attended. Afterwards, a "company" recruiter comes by with a job offer. Come join the family.
Claire and H.R.G. Heroes Spoilers - teaser 2 - Claire starts 11th grade at the new school in Los Angeles, California. Loving dad H.R.G. drops her off. Now remember Claire, we have to keep a low profile. "Right" she says... meaning... not gonna happen. Oh, and don't try out for the cheerleading squad!
Claire meets West spoilers, teaser 3: Claire meets romantic West. "Are you a robot or an alien?"
Coming to America - Maya and Alejandro Heroes Spoilers, teaser 4 - New Heroes heroes Maya and Alejandro are on the run from the policia (police), they hop a fence (not THE fence) to get away, but will they make it across the border? Of course, not that hard, just not so soon.
Hiro and Takezo Kensei Heroes Spoilers, teaser 5 - Hiro and British sounding Kensei having a heart to heart. Hiro is disappointed to find his comic book hero may actually be rather greedy and cowardly in real life.
Finally, a new Heroes trailer put out by NBC TV, this one starting off with Micah waking up, with glimpses of Molly with Mohinder, Micah and his mom Jessica/Nikki, Claire, H.R.G. slaps Sylar, mamma Angela Petrelli, in the hospital, Matt the mind reader, Nathan and Peter Petrelli.
This is the Heroes Spoilers blog for Heroes Season 2, Episode 1, from NBC TV.
** Updated Sept. 17**
The first not so Heroes spoilers are that this episode premieres on September 24, 2007 - four months after the Heroes season 1 finale. The title is descriptive - Four Months Later - picking up the Heroes super-heroes four months after the explosion in the Season 1 finale. As the regulars of this Heroes spoilers blog know ... WARNING: Heroes TV show spoilers ahead ... stop reading now if you do not want to know the future of Heroes TV ... blah ... blah ... blah ...
(Claire the cheerleader's back ... Back for Heroes Season 2)
Claire Heroes Spoilers: As the PR photo shows, Claire the super-healing cheerleader is back for Season 2. Imitating the real life Heroes Claire actress - Hayden Panattiere - we find a matured Claire for season 2 - four months older and ten years wiser, she is somber and introspective -- and happy. The Claire Heroes spoiler is, she has a new boyfriend. And not any old kid, a flying super hero. Just like her bio dad flying Nathan Petrelli. But Claire calls herself Claire Bennett after her adoptive father Noah Bennett aka H.R.G. - horn rimmed glasses. More HRG spoilers to come.
HRG - Noah Bennett Heroes Spoilers: Noah Bennett survived the explosion, had his contract renewed, and returns ever ambiguous for Heroes season 2. Even though we have a name for HRG now, Noah, he'll always be HRG in the hearts of the Heroes spoilers blog. What of Noah? He does re-unite with Claire in Season 2, despite his mind wipe at the hands of the kind of not so mute Haitian mind eraser super-hero.
(Teen Love in Hollywood - Fly West-ern)
Hey, wait a minute Heroes spoilers blogger, what about Claire's super-flying boyfriend? :) Ok, that would be romantic West played by teen heart-throb Nick D'Agosto. West is always up for a flying date to the Hollywood sign to gaze at the stars or a roll in the sand at the beach. (Thanks justjared for the photo)
West Heroes Spoilers: The big Heroes spoilers about Claire's West actually are a Heroes spoilers first, a cross-over spoiler. West makes an appearance in episode 3 of Pushing Daisies on ABC, super-Heroes flying power and all. Pushing Daisies is a new series featuring a central character with Linderman-like super-curing super powers - he brings back dead people. More Pushing Daisies spoilers and news at a site we like called, SpoilersNews.com.
I'll be back.
Sylar Heroes TV spoilers - Sylar is one tough cockroach. When last seen, Sylar seemed to be a cockroach climbing out of the sewer. Indeed he did climb out and straight into a contract renewal making Zachary Quinto a regular Heroes cast member. So, the evil brain-eating Heroes Hero of season 1 returns for Heroes season 2. But is he really alive? The spoilers is, of course we hear ... maybe.
A major season 1 cliffhangers was, why Nathan committed suicide by sweeping in and flying away with his exploding brother Peter Petrelli. The Heroes spoilers for season 2 are, don't believe it. ... Ever ambiguous Nathan lives to hang out with evil mamma Petrelli for more mayhem in Season 2. He swept away good Peter the power sponge, left him in the sky, jetted away, kabooooom the explosion. Peter lived too, but with a new Heroes season 2 haircut. After all, save the cheerleader ... save her healing powers ... save yourself ... and the world!
Takezo Kensei Heroes Spoilers: One of he biggest spoiler surprises of season 2, episode 1 is Takezo Kensei. The picture is worth 1000 words. Uh... he's far far away from his safe Euro-American home. David Anders, playing the legendary samurai warrior - smaller in real life than legend.
However, the Hiro Heroes Spoilers are, have no fear, a Heroes Hiro hero is here to whip Takezo Kensei into shape so he can fulfill his destiny. Hiro spends much of season 2 (or chapter 2 - Generations as the Heroes creators are calling it) in ancient Japan, discovering himself, discovering a lovely princess, and helping Takezo Kinsei do the same. The big question of season 2, and a blockbuster spoiler in and of itself is, Is the Takezo Kinsei of legend actually past Hiro? Do we know, of course ... not (maybe) :)
(Takezo Kensei Samurai Warrior Hero: Japanese)
Two Takezo Kensei's - the above from the Heroes season 1, episode 23 season finale - How to Stop an Exploding Man. Chased by the samurai army, this Kensei was saved by the season ending solar eclipse. He also looks remarkably like Sulu aka George Takai aka Mr. Nakamura - Hiro's Dad. Hmmmmm.
NBC TV put out a press release for the opening episode of Season 1, containing some veiled Heroes spoilers, and probably some mis-hints as well:
AS THE EMMY-NOMINATED "HEROES" RETURNS, THE EXTRAORDINARY STRIVE TO BE ORDINARY FOUR MONTHS AFTER THE EXPLOSIVE EVENTS IN NEW YORK, BUT DEADLY NEW THREATS LOOM AS BRAND-NEW INDIVIDUALS WITH ABILITIES EMERGE WORLDWIDE -- WRITTEN BY EXECUTIVE PRODUCER/CREATOR TIM KRING AND DIRECTED BY EXECUTIVE PRODUCER GREG BEEMAN
A series of new Heroes heroes will roll out starting with episode 1 of season 2.
As the second volume of "Heroes" begins, the fates of Peter (Milo Ventimiglia), Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) and Matt (Greg Grunberg) are revealed, following the horrible showdown with Sylar (Zachary Quinto) and Peter's uncontrolled nuclear detonation miles above New York City.
They all live and return. Sylar too, but ambiguously evil for season 2.
As everyone attempts to move on, a new sinister force begins stalking and murdering Heroes.
The Heroes spoilers behind this statement is that Season 2, or more correctly Chapter 2 - the first half of sesaon 2 - reveals a new dark sinister evil Heroes anti-hero. This is the force cute Molly the hero locating kid detected in the Season 1 finale. This character is unfinished business of the older generation - Linderman, Mama Petrelli and all - and it is up left to the younger generation to deal with.
With the family hiding in Southern California, H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) and Claire (Hayden Panettiere) attempt to live as inconspicuously as possible…which proves to be easier said than done. Meanwhile, after landing in feudal Japan, Hiro (Masi Oka) meets his hero Takezo Kensei (David Anders).
Don't count of Claire and H.R.G. leading a normal inconspicuous life.
Twins Maya (Dania Ramirez) and Alejandro Herrera (Shalim Ortiz) hope to make the crossing into the U.S. from Mexico, in hopes of finding help with their deadly abilities.
New characters... I hope this is not another stereotypical TV attempt to tie-in with the immigration issue ... puuulleease NBC Heroes powers!!
Dana Davis, Noah Gray-Cabey, James Kyson Lee, Ali Larter, Sendhil Ramamurthy also star. Nick D'Agosto, Lyndsy Fonseca, Cristine Rose, Barry Shabaka Henley, George Takei, Eriko Tamura and Adair Tishler guest star.
Ali Larter ... of course the Jessica/Nikki dual personality. She's back, but is she still bad... of course.
This is the Heroes Spoilers clues blog for the season finale of Heroes on ABC. Heroes TV, the unexpected hit of 2006 - 2007, now has travelled its full arc and has set the stage with the first minutes of Heroes Season 2 - "Generations". More on Heroes Season 2 spoilers and the Heroes Schedule in the coming weeks. We have plenty of time for that ... but now, let's talk about Season 1, Episode 23, the Season 1 finale of Heroes on NBC TV - "How To Stop An Exploding Man".
(Mission accomplished)
Wasn't that a great episode? Readers of this blog already knew a lot in advance from the earlier Heroes spoilers posts, after all this is a spoilers blog, but let's talk about what we learned, some spoilers for the future, and some of the great quotes of the day.
How about this one from H.R.G.:
"Call me Noah." - H.R.G., Noah Bennett to Peter Petrelli, finally partners.
H.R.G. - Mr. Bennett, Claire's adoptive father, has a name, and it is Noah Bennett. His first name has become a cult speculation throughout Season 1. As promised, Tim Kring and the producers tied up the loose threads, this one included. Personally I do not know if Noah fits that well, but he will be in future episodes and it will grow. Who is Noah? In one definition he is someone who is wise and long lived, or in the bible, the prophet who saved all the living creatures from the apocalyptic flood. Like biblical Noah, H.R.G. ... er... Noah Bennett, was in the future saving some of the Heroes super - heroes.
Meet Noah Bennett
"You saved the Cheerleader, so WE could save the world" - The super-Heroes brothers Petrelli, Nathan to Peter before launch.
Nathan Heroes Spoilers clues: Ambiguous Nathan was rehabilitated in the end. Last week, he was the uncaring plastic political candidate, whispering doom in Hiro the time-traveller's ear. In the garage in "How To Stop An Exploding Man", he rejects Peter's pleas for help. Yet it was Claire's plea that finally penetrated his soul. Nothing is written in stone he concludes.
Nathan finally gives Peter a helping hand
In the climactic showdown with Sylar, Nathan follows his destiny ... to save the world, just as Linderman and his mother mamma Angela Petrelli expected. Only Nathan did not do it in the way they expected. Instead, with Sylar down, and his daughter Claire about to murder her uncle, Nathan swoops in. His brother, Peter saved the cheerleader once. If Claire pulled the trigger, she would have had it on her conscience forever, unable to lead a normal life - if one is possible for a super Heroes hero healer. So Nathan finally acts like a father and saves her, sacrificing his own life, and saving the world. (Screencap courtesy Heroes the series)
Angela Petrelli, mother of Peter and Nathan, predicts to Charles Deveaux that Peter would survive. The Heroes spoilers are ... Peter is indestructible, and Nathan lives ... maybe :) One theory is that Nathan tosses Peter, Peter explodes and survives (as Angela Petrelli predicts), and Nathan was far away. Another theory is ka-boom, the end. The biggest controversy coming out of the Heroes season finale is why Peter does not just fly by himself, rather than requiring Nathan to do it for him. The Heroes spoilers answer: Pending contract renewal... :)
The Heroes spoilers preview clip of Volume Two - Generations, was the last minutes of the season finale - i.e. Heroes Season 2, Episode 1. After defeating the villain, Hiro pops to the past landing, literally, in the middle Shogun era Japan – chased by samurai warriors, the Heroes helix on the banner of the opposing side. Heroes spoilers eclipse and fade to black.
Molly and Micah Spoilers: Don't Molly and Micah make a cute kid couple? M&M ... It was kiddie love once Micah called the broken elevator. Now Heroes has lovable kids for season two. Clueless Mohinder thinks they are in the clear, but now, lovable Molly spoils that with "He's here". The setup of the season two villain also was Molly's... When I look for him, he sees me ...
More Molly spoilers: Molly is a little creepy, like a cross between Sixth Sense ("I see dead people" ... Molly: "He sees me") and Poltergeist ("They're here" ... Molly: "He's here", referring to Sylar's arrival in Kirby Plaza). Expect Molly to have some ambiguity in Season 2, Generations.
Charles Deveaux, the father of Simone, and the builder of the Deveaux building is like Obi Wan Kenobi - coming to Peter from the grave. He can see invisible people ... at least in their dreams, and the Heroes spoilers - he can see Molly. ... not really.
Hiro the Heroes spoilers clues: Hiro also redeems himself. Not only by carrying out destiny and killing Sylar, but also in two other ways. One, he stands up to his father, George Takai, but with respect, finally learning that to carry out his destiny he needs to understand his own inner strength. So first, he saves Ando, in style. Learning he can move more quickly than Sylar. With Ando saved, and safe back in Tokyo, Japan, Hiro leaves his Kensei samurai sword with Ando, promising to return for it and Ando. He takes Ando's discount sword, teleports to Kirby Plaza New York for the final showdown with Sylar.
Cliffhangers for Heroes season 2:
Who is the villain, worse than Sylar?
Does Officer Matt the mindreader Parkman die? Lovable but a little creepy Molly needs him. She can't be left alone with Mohinder.
Did Sylar really die or is he now a super-bad cockaroach?
Who is the blue samurai? Kaito Nakamura, Hiro's dad? Kensei, of legends? Someone who trains Hiro?
This is the Heroes TV Show Spoilers blog for the season finale of Heroes on NBC TV. The final episode of the rousing season 1 is entitled "How To Stop An Exploding Man", making it episode 23 of season 1. And now, for our final season 1 disclaimer, blah, blah, blah, as usual, blah, blah, blah, spoilers ahead, so if you do not want to know the future of NBC Heroes, stop reading now...
(DL Lives ... One happy family)
First, here are some Heroes Season 2 schedule spoilers... NBC is planning an astounding 30 episodes for season 2, up from the usual 23 hours of programming for a typical series. The 30 Heroes season 2 episodes include about 22 regular episodes and 8 character development episodes, which are set to try out new Heroes for inclusion in the Heroes mythology started in series 1 this season.
Now for Peter the exploding man, or is it Sylar, or neither? Promo photos for the past few weeks have featured the big red statue. The Heroes spoilers are that this is at least a part of the big red mass in Nathan’s paintings. The promo photos also are really big on Peter in the exploding man pose – arms extended with quizzical look on his face, as if saying, I’m an exploding man, how do I stop myself!
(Nathan, Big Red, and Peter's pose)
Peter, from another angle:
(How do I stop myself?)
From one of the Heroes spoilers clips:
(Sylar, Peter, Big Red ... Boom)
And...
(Come on Nathan, give your brother a hand)
The last 5 minutes of the season 1 finale will also be the first 5 minutes of Season 2. This means one of the cliffhangers will be the start of season 2, episode 1, or will set the stage for it. Here are a couple of candidates for finale cliffhangers. There will be others too.
(You can run, but not hide ... from destiny)
One is Hiro in the Shogun era. Several months ago we wrote on the Heroes spoilers painting in stashed away in Linderman’s secret art collection in the Corinthian Las Vegas Hotel (CorinthianLasVegas.com). The painting shown below is of the original owner of Hiro’s magic samurai sword, Takezo Kinsei. This is the same Kinsei of legends Hiro learned when he was young, as he discussed with his father Kaito Nakamura (Sulu - George Takai) in his samurai training session of Landslide - Ep. 22. If as it seems Hiro winds up back in Shogun era Japan, being chased by warriors it confirms speculation that Hiro actually has lived in the past, and was Takezo Kinsei himself.
(Tazezo Kinsei ... Hero or Hiro?)
Notice the warrior’s little beard, just like future Hiro’s. Hmmmmmmmmm.
Molly Heroes Spoilers: Another cliffhanger for the season finale involves Lovable Heroes "tracking system" Molly Walker. Molly winds up with Matt the mind reader, an interesting twist - the tracker has her mind read. She gives a creepy vision into the future. There is one Heroes super – Hero she fears even more than Sylar, the bogeyman who murdered her parents. And why is he so scary? He can see Molly. Here’s Molly in How To Stop An Exploding Man:
The preview Heroes spoilers clip was broadcast after episode 22, and in it Angela promises the inevitability of the bomb going off, and features a half-second teaser of the meeting of Sylar and Peter in the square, in front of the exploding red sculpture:
The long Heroes Spoilers clip below is floating around the Internet. It depicts three scenes from the season 1 finale. In the first clip, ambiguous Angela, mama Petrelli (evil or good?) confirms Linderman is dead, "murdered" as she says. She then lays the bombshell, namely confirming she has been in cahoots with Linderman all along – The plan was not just Linderman’s, she says. So Angela gives Nathan spine, putting her hands on his back and urging him to go forward with the plan and take over the world once the bomb goes off. She treats the explosion as inevitable. The second clip has H.R.G. and Peter Hereos spoilers: H.R.G., Claire the cheerleader’s no longer ambiguous dad, calls Peter. H.R.G. asks Peter to help stop Sylar, while they fix the “tracking system”, i.e. Molly. Interestingly, H.R.G. does not reveal to Peter that the “tracking system” is human. In the third clip, Peter goes to meet his flying ambitious brother Nathan, Claire in tow. Claire already knows Nathan is uncaring, so why should he care about the impending mass deaths? She decides Peter has lied to her, and Peter, using the mind reading ability he absorbed from Matt hears it loud and clear.
DL Heroes Spoilers: In a now week old Heroes spoiler, DL lives. How? The handful of Linderman’s brain, has healing powers and he survived the gunshot, but still is not really all that much better. The NBC promo photo showing DL alive is at the top of this article. DL is there with Jessica/Nikki - the dual personality assassin, Molly - the Heroes finder, and Micah - the election stealing kid.
(Really needs psychotherapy)
Hiro Spoilers: Saving the best for last ... in the end, the Hiro Heroes spoilers are, the wayward samurai warrior makes it to the square of destiny in front of the Big Red sculpture, Daddy Sulu’s sword in hand, carrying out the prophesy of Nathan the future painter.
This is the Heroes Spoilers clues blog for the second to final episode of Heroes Season 1. It was quite a roll for Heroes. Its opening season and a huge hit for NBC TV. The season has been building, from character introductions, discovery and now convergence for the final battle in New York, like a disturbing reprise of 9/11. The battle has begun, with the grand finale in one week, with "How To Stop An Exploding Man", Heroes season 1, episode 23.
Sulu - Training Hiro to become a Hero
In Landslide it is no spoiler that flying Heroes anti-hero Nathan Petrelli, the man who sold out to Linderman, wins the election by, of course, a "Landslide" ... From 36% to 64% in a matter of seconds - courtesy of Micah the magic vote rigging kid.
Best Heroes Quote:
Didn't I throw you out a window?
- Jessica / Nikki to Matt The Mindreader.
Notice how Linderman just does not get it? Before he lost his head, literally, he thought there was nothing that motivated a mother more than money. Tsk tsk. Forgot about protecting your babies – child and husband. On top of that blood is thicker than water ... Jessica, the greedy bad half of the Jessica/Nikki dual personality, simply cannot kill her good sister's (Nikki's) family. So, D.L. redeems himself in almost death, and takes Linderman’s bullet for Jessica/Nikki. ... So sad. D.L. lives to fight another day.
The irony is that Linderman had set in motion the events leading to the cataclysm in New York, yet he will not live to see it. Linderman thought he would be able to “heal”, meaning dominate, the world using Nathan as his tool. Turns out more powerful events have lead to his own death, and to Sylar taking over.
The key to the season finale of course will be stopping Sylar, as we have known all along.
Landslide ends with Sylar lording over New York atop the tower, uttering a controlled “boom”. No Linderman in sight to “heal”. So, the stage is set - either the bleak future owned by Sylar is realized, or Sylar is stopped. We will know the answer next week and the Heroes Spoilers are that there will be a lot of mayhem and destruction, but Sylar never becomes President.
Molly the Heroes locator returned in this episode, and stole the show. Mohinder now has restored her power, only to learn that Thompson (Eric Roberts) had no interest in her ability to locate and stop Sylar. After all, Thompson's and Linderman's plan is that Sylar will cause the explosion. No need to stop him. So, yet again, Mohinder is clueless, and ironically, he knocks out Matt, who also tends towards cluelessness. The Heroes spoilers are that Mohinder, Matt and H.R.G. team up to help Molly escape.
This is the Heroes Spoilers blog for episode 22 of Heroes season 1 on NBC TV. The Heroes schedule is winding down to the grand season finale, as the superheroes continue converging on New York, one week before the explosion, and not coincidentally, also one week before the season-ending episode. As usual, Heroes spoilers ahead, so stop reading now if you do not want to know the future of Heroes, blah ... blah ... blah ...
As we put in the Heroes Spoilers clues post for "The Hard Part", all is not lost for Hiro. After all, he still has the Force behind him, ... no ... wrong movie ... he has Star Trek's Sulu, George Takai, playing Kaito Nakamura, Hiro's billionaire Dad. Hiro is stunned to learn that his father is a Heroes superhero also. Not only that, but he has the real super samurai sword, and now is the time for Hiro to learn how to use it. Hiro's trek in America has proven his worth to his father, so Sulu starts training Hiro to be a samurai, like Obi Wan trains Luke Skywalker. See one of the Heroes Spoilers clips below.
Nathan and Peter Spoilers: Their mother Petrelli plays a big role in this episode, and we learn their father's super power.
Nathan, Linderman and Micah Spoilers: As we expected a while ago, Linderman persuades Micah to control the voting machines to help Nathan win the election. The polls have Nathan trailing, but although correct are made to seem incorrect by Micah's intervention. Nathan wins in a Landslide, hence the name of the episode - Landslide. With the Heroes heroes all gathered in New York, and Nathan victorious, the scene is set for the final battle, which begins at the episode end, and concludes with the season finale, "How to Stop an Exploding Man".
The U.S. official NBC Heroes Spoilers preview clip for the Landslide episode is different from the Canadian. Here is the U.S. preview:
Here is the Canadian Heroes preview, which starts out with the traditional balloon drop following Nathan's landslide election victory:
There are Heroes spoilers sneak peaks floating around the Internet for this episode, and here is a good one. In the first clip, H.R.G. and Claire discuss family matters - he wants to destroy the Primatech Paper tracking system, so he and Claire can lead a "normal life". The second clip has Nathan pre-election talking to his staff about a post-election announcement. Hiro runs up with Ando, trying to get Nathan to help stop the bomb. Even though Hiro reveals to Nathan that he has a bad future, Nathan declines to help - "I can't stop it, Nobody can ... Pleasure to see you. Thanks for your support". Hiro realizes Nathan already is a villain. In the final clip, Linderman reveals to Nathan that his father had a "power", but gave up trying to help the world, Linderman says, "your father was weak". Nathan, "My father was my Hero."
NBC has released its official pre-broadcast press release, with a few reveals:
Poised to become a member of Congress and maybe more, Nathan considers the cost to those he loves, along with his mother's (guest star Cristine Rose) advice and Linderman's (guest star Malcolm McDowell, "Entourage,""A Clockwork Orange") prophecy. As he prepares to face Sylar (guest star Zachary Quinto) to the death, Hiro learns of his lineage from his father (guest star George Takei, "Star Trek").
Hiro learns that his father has powers, and has been watching Hiro's development, judging whether Hiro is prepared to accept the burden of the family secrets.
While various "heroes" fatefully arrive in New York City, Peter and Ted attempt to leave the city before the foretold explosion. H.R.G. and Matt learn the surprising truth behind the tracking system used on people with special abilities.
Peter and Ted think that if they can leave New York, the explosion will be averted. The spoiler is, of course they do not leave. That would be too easy to be the dramatic solution.
This is the Heroes TV Show Spoilers clues article on what we learned in “The Hard Part”, Heroes season 1, episode 21. As Spider-Man 3 debuted this weekend, we are hurtling quickly to the grand finale of Heroes – “How To Stop An Exploding Man”. We have some Heroes spoilers on that episode, but more on it later. For now, The Hard Part …
(Get the point Sylar)
The gathering of storm clouds over New York continues in this episode, as the Heroes super heroes, good and bad, converge on New York. Ted, H.R.G., clueless Matt, Claire. The not-so-spoiler – y spoiler is that they all have to arrive in time for the finale, episode 23. …
Molly Walker is introduced in greater depth in the Hard Part. Remember her? She is the girl whose parents were executed by Sylar in “Don’t Look Back”, all the threads coming together now. Her father was killed by Sylar for his powers, and no surprise is that Molly too is blessed. Molly can locate Heroes super heroes, anyone anywhere. However her superpower is blocked by a lethal virus – so rare that only one other person was afflicted, Mohinder’s sister. Mohinder carries the antibodies to cure Molly in her blood, and finally Mohinder has a real purpose, other than helping megalomaniac “President” Sylar of the future, of course. Mohinder still is clueless though, since saving Molly only serves to enable the evil Linderman's tracking program.
Molly’s virus is so complicated that Linderman’s super-healing power cannot save her. Hmmmmmm plot hole detector ringing.
Poor conflicted Sylar. He had a really tough home life didn’t he? Hiro was not yet future hero. He has sympathy for Sylar and misses his chance to stop him. Hiro has a lot of maturing to do before he is a true superhero. Symbolically and in reality his sword is broken. The Heroes spoilers are: have no fear the sword he has been carrying around all the time is a replica. Sulu to the rescue and his dad has a sword to make Hiro reach his real destiny.
Sylar’s mother turns out to be almost crazy, but not quite. She has the insight to kill her own son when she sees the emptiness of his soul. Unfortunately, he turns her scissors on her and she dies. Sylar paints another explosion painting, in her blood. Macabre.
Yet she is the one who plants the plan in Sylar’s brain, “If you wanted you could be President”. Indeed.
Nathan, oh Nathan. Just when everyone thought you might be a good guy after all, you turn in your own brother. Peter wanted to stop Ted the radioactive guy. Of course stopping him would mean no explosion and Nathan would not become President. Instead of calling the FBI, Nathan tattles on Peter and calls Linderman. Thomson commends Nathan for making one unspoken sacrifice. The Heroes spoilers blog spoiler here is the sacrifice is the death of his own brother Peter in the explosion not stopped because Ted the radioactive guy is not stopped.
Sylar is not the only one with a mother problem. Mamma Angela Petrelli turns out to be a bad guy as we knew all along. She has been in league with Linderman all along after all. She finally reveals her complicity in pursuit of Linderman’s dream of global domination … er … uniting the world.
Neither Nathan nor Angela realize the grand plan is for Sylar to kill Nathan and become President.
And for the big Heroes spoilers clue reveal , Peter meets Ted Sprague, the radioactive guy. Now Peter has the radioactive ability, and of course cannot control it. How do you stop an exploding man? The little Heroes spoilers here is that he does manage to control the radioactive power.
With three episodes remaining in Heroes Season 1, the schedule is winding quickly down to the grand finale in New York (filmed in L.A.). Episode 21 is "The Hard Part" and this is the Heroes TV Show Spoilers blog for the episode.
By the way, before we start, the NBC spinmeisters already are promising amazing twists and turns in Season 2 of Heroes. A number of episodes will focus more closely on a single character, like the "Company Man" episode in Season 1 focused on Mr. Bennett, aka H.R.G.
The big spoilers reveal is that Sylar goes home to mommy in this episode. He is conflicted and tells her everything about his superpowers and how he gets them. She tries to kill him, but of course that does not work. Hiro also confronts Sylar at the same time and tries to use the magic samurai sword on him. Doesn't work - yet.
Here is the official NBC TV Heroes spoilers preview clip for the episode, but there is a lot more below. This preview clip reveals "Molly" the new child hero who Thomson (Eric Roberts) says is the only person who can stop Sylar:
The Canadian preview focuses more on Sylar Heroes spoilers, but is a bit misleading about what really happens with him:
Two scene clip spoilers are released that shed a lot of light on what is going on in The Hard Part. In one, Matt the clueless mind reader is on his mission with H.R.G. to knock out Linderman's Primatech Paper heroes tracker in New York. He decides to take a time out to call his wife on his unsecured cell phone. Clever ... huh? Fortunately, he does not need to rely on his own brain for survival, since newly lovable H.R.G. is there and tells him to hang up. In the other Heroes spoilers clip, Sylar calls also clueless Mohinder to try and get some help. It seems he's learned that he will blow up New York from Isaac the future painter's paintings. We do not know if it is a trick by Sylar to get his hands on Mohinder and his list. However, we do know that in the future Sylar posing as Nathan the President has teamed up with Mohinder in a big way. So it would not be so startling to learn that Sylar is trying to court Mohinder in the present time too. After all, Mohinder has the list and is pretty manipulable, and Sylar is the master manipulator. Anyway, Sylar hears Mohinder dialing 911 (the police) using his super hearing power and plan aborted for the moment. Also, Peter tries to talk Claire out of hiding out in Paris until the election. The Heroes spoilers are that Claire does not leave and is around for the explosion.
As usual, NBC TV has put out an official Heroes spoilers press release, that has some interesting reveals:
AS NATHAN AND HIS FAMILY READY FOR THE ELECTION, HIRO AND ANDO FACE THE HARD PART OF SAVING THE WORLD
No surprise there.
Now knowing what’s at stake if they fail in their mission, Hiro and Ando’s determination to save the world is put to the test. Committed to the path, Nathan takes some surprising steps to guarantee his election. Jessica (Ali Larter) and D.L. (Leonard Roberts) begin to learn how their family fits into Linderman’s plans. Thompson (Eric Roberts ...) brings someone new into his company’s fold. With more and more blood on his hands, Sylar visits his mom ...
This is the five years in the future Heroes TV spoilers blog and clues blog for Heroes String Theory, aka Five Years Later - Heroes season 1, episode 20 from NBC TV. It was a grim look at the future, but the Heroes spoilers are that it was a string theory working the plan to kill Sylar drawn by Isaac the future painter - finally a hero.
Best dialog - Ando and Hiro: Go talk to yourself ... No way ... I scare me.
Chapter 20 was about the future as drawn by Isaac. Although the bomb had exploded (Peter did it, so he thinks), the string of time is still playing out. Isaac drew Mohinder injecting the Haitian in the neck. At the critical time, Mohinder does that, fulfilling his destiny and redeeming his soul. The next part of the future string is Hiro stabbing Sylar, and the Heroes spoilers are that the remaining episodes will follow the path to that critical event.
(Peter meets Sylar)
In the "future" we see who turns out good, and who is bad. The easy one is Matt the clueless mind reader, both bad and clueless 'till the end, doing the bidding of the evil "President" who turns out to be Sylar disguised as Nathan. He kidnaps Claire and hand delivers her to Nathan/Sylar. The Haitian mind eraser also seems to be in league with Matt. Mohinder is pretty ambiguous. Clueless, until the end, when he carries out his destiny. Who was good? HRG - Mr. Bennett - surprise! He saves some kids with powers from Matt. Nikki/Jessica, Peter Petrelli the power sponge, Hana the Israeli Mossad super spy.
The final three episodes are:
The Hard Part
Landslide
How To Stop An Exploding Man - The season 1 finale of Heroes
